What is the best part about your compensation package?

I think base salary is the best part of the package

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Most people are friendly and not strictly business all the time. We are often encouraged to have lunch together or play games in the office.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I trust almost everyone on my team to deliver quality work in a timely manner. They seem willing to learn, help out, and grow as developers.

What makes you most happy at work?

When I am able to accomplish a task that was taking longer than expected for someone else or if I'm am able to resolve an issue that nobody else could figure out.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like that there promotions tend to be internal even for leadership, so most of the leadership team I work with I have seen go from team lead to where they are now. Coming from team lead they really understand the day to day work of developers.
