There is a lot of burn out and although there is training for managers to help identify burnout, there is no follow through with managing burnout. Leadership justifies it by calling it 'Agile' when in reality, there are too many things to do and not enough time to do them.

Understanding the work that their teams do and allow them to do it without micromanaging.

My direct team is very collaborative and supporting - which is not the same experience with cross-functional team relationships.
