LN strives to always go above and beyond and sometimes forget that we should not forget the basics and appropriate work difficulty depending on the rank
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Sales have higher commission vs CS which seems unfair during situations that CS does majority of the work retaining their customers and making our customers happy. Disheartening when the culture favorably make CS almost like Sales Assistants which is unfair
