Company with a good potential, inspiring colleagues, but that is slowly burning its employees over by not rewarding them fairly

What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my work colleagues care and want the best for their clients, despite being de-motivated greatly by the salary/benefits, they try their best to make the company work
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If the salary was paid fairly so that I wouldnt have to constantly worry about bills then perhaps I would enjoy my work more and I would feel more appreciated
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary is below the market ave., last official salary review was disgustingly low; 1.8% raise across the company during cost-of-living crisis is just sad. Its expected of us to be more often in the office and that "increase" doesnt even cover the cost of transport to the office - very low morale
