Everyone is willing to help each other, we don't need need much oversight or micromanagement and get the job done.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's hard to feel appreciated at work when the pay doesn't reflect the hard work/time you put in every day.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being more transparent with changes being made ahead of time, providing more structure in terms of potential career paths and fixing the shockingly low pay
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My immediate coworkers are lovely, thoughtful and are willing to lend a hand when I need it. I'm not sure about the wider company, however my immediate team are hard working and dilligent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am being paid an extremely low salary, in addition to that there is no bonus being provided if certain targets are met. What would make me feel better is if we were provided with an actual pay rise and not what lexisnexis call a pay rise of 1.52%.
