What makes you most happy at work?

The work from home set up.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our team commits to very helpful environment. We always look out for each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

BEFORE, Valuing what matters. Now, I can no longer feel it. Losing the excitement unlike when I first entered the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We feel like the offer for promotion should be more appreciated specially us in Iloilo. We have the same workload in Manila and rate is a bit disturbing. Other companies outside offer better and that's a temptation.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

When it comes to people management, 2015-2017 era is way better. It starting to feel like a BPO culture which is the reason I left my previous company. Hope we can come across of extending efforts to valuing people specially working from home. I like that we always hear the savings news. BUT
