Management is all for internal mobility, yet they shortchange those they promote, lateral-transfer, and offer the 9-yards to talents outside REPH.
I can't say whether there is anything best in the REPH Leadership Team other than fulfill their executive responsibilities which is what is expected of them.
We are all for automation projects and cost-saving initiatives, yet we still are heavily relying on tedious work of monitoring and tracking via MS Excel, which can be done via Workday functionalities. However, the company seems to be adamant in procuring additional functions of Workday.
