Our work arrangement is mostly work from home which I'm very happy about since I'm able to bond with my family more.

My role is new - RELX FP&A and all of my teammates are located in London. They are very accomodating and professional but know how to be fun as well.
I still think with all my contribution to company and consistent performance, I'm still not paid with the same amount of money with other employyes that I'm currently on the same level.
