The company is fine but there are so many things that we need but have yet to be addressed through the years and I have grown a bit tired of waiting for feedback/changes.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Given we have a small team, it is easier to discuss concerns and arrive at an agreement faster.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

my manager gives us space to learn and trusts that we know what we need to do and does not micromanage us

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

not all of us are interested with social activities. it would be very helpful if there would be more technical trainings as well as some of us value learning than socialization.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

A lot of times i feel like I'm just dragging myself to work. Progress is very slow and yet we are expected to do a lot. Sometimes there are task that I don't believe is something that should be passed on to us.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

so difficult to get an update from other departments which is highly affecting our capability in accomplishing our tasks. so many changes with the processes and tools and yet we don't even receive proper training nor enough time to learn before new changes goes live

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I understand there are certain aspects considered but I hope the company also understands we are here because we primarily need financial support but I don't feel that our monetary package is competitive. This is why many of us are still actively looking for other possible opportunities elsewhere

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

have more diversity. most of our jobs are really repetitive that sometimes I feel like we're no longer learning. It would be helpful if there would be more upskill trainings. not everyone can do six sigma. upskill trainings like how to use excel or other technical skills that we can choose from

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

it's so difficult to ask for help and yet we are expected to perform our best despite the fact that many times we're no longer sure if what we're doing is correct. additionally, it's so hard to find opportunities outside BUs. how can we qualify for other open positions if we do not use their tools.
