Before im very confident to recommend the company because of its culture and working environment, but now my friends that I tried to refer declined to work with us, bevause they said salary offer is not competitive like other companies.

They are approachable and calm.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working environment is good and it life work-balance culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well, as we know that theres a price hike in commodities as well as electric and water bills..but we solely dependent on yearly increase which is not that much..I hope the company will have a salary alignment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This is for my direct Supervisor and for me he is good in handling the Team but as per Manager, it could have been better if our manager is located in Iloilo not in Manila so we can directly reach out for any concerns like before when Manager Tim is still present.
