The company needs to take care of the employees more by paying them well and not skimp on employee benefits. I feel that recently, management focuses too heavily on cost-cutting (savings) at the expense of employee compensation and benefits.

The only good thing that keeps me working for the company is the work from home policy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is lower than industry standard. The company provides statutory benefits but recent policy is not pro-employee and other perks/benefits are steadily decreasing.
