Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I'm really fortunate and grateful that I am part of the organization that values the well-being of its employees. Even if the salary isn't that competitive compared to others, I wouldn't trade the culture that we have here in RELX Reed Elsevier to other organizations, for the time-being.

Given my responsibilities managing a global team across APAC, the UK, and the US, I believe my current compensation does not adequately reflect the scope and complexity of my role

What makes me most happy at work is the people I get to work with. Because no matter how stressful the day went, it will always get better when you are working with good and kind-hearted people.
