good company atmosphere except for our team which is very toxic due to politics. i also have problems with referrals it seems likethey are just hiring those who are friends with the hiring manager

we have a very toxic team and we are not rewarded accordingly
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
do not use politics. have a positive culture instead of bringing out all issues during everyday huddle
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
there are leaders in our team who is politicizing everything. like using their supervisor position to hire friends which is conflict of interest ., everyday is a toxic day they prioritize on finding every mistake and making an issue out ofit even if its just a minor issue
