Management is poor, TQA team is incompetent. Often relying on us to train each other. Otherwise company is fair. But our management would really need a major improvement

compensation is way too low.

Company is fair however it is pro management instead of pro employee

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

My management team and Training and quality team. They are really bad.

I dont feel the valuing what matters. Because I feel employees are not valued.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

our local HR is does not care about us. They no longer conduct FGDs and we no longer have touch base. I raised a concern with our local HR and local HR did not do anything. Our mgt team lacks many things. We often complain about it but nobody listens.
