I like my job and I like the people I work with. We are provided with the tools and opportunities that we need to upskill. But I think we could be compensated higher and given a better health benefits package (e.g. executive checkups)

In terms of the current inflation, I feel that my compensation could be more competitive and the benefits could be better.
