It was good first 4 years until this year when the compensation is no longer fair compared to the increased number of tasks and work hours

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Workload has increased exponentially. I am forced to render several unpaid OT hours everyday w/o pay to fulfil the quota. Our supervisor said the team has no budget for OT, I hate RTO days because you see other teams chit-chatting and relaxing the entire shift while I'm struggling with workload
