This is a mixed response I do love working at the company but honestly wish I had a more positive team and a manager who truly understood what we do as a team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Finishing a project and knowing it made a positive impact on the business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most days I feel I am doing 3 people's job and that I am not heard at all.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Appoint less directors and more people who can do the actual work instead of being dragged to a 100 meetings were directors can't agree on what they want.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need managers who understand the teams they manage so that they truly understand each team members value or not and understand what is best for the team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Leave the toxic negative attitudes at home some of us actually want to work here and make a difference but it is really hard in a team of very negative toxic people.
