What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most people are willing to help you in whatever way they can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the annual performance reviews that get tied to our annual percentage increases are not enough. The raises don't keep up with inflation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have our different strengths and work really well together. Everyone is very eager to do the right thing, get down to the bottom of any issues, and don't give up until we have resolution.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the leadership team did a great job managing the turmoil of Covid and the economic uncertainty at the time. The company came out on the other side of it and has made tremendous progress, particularly in the AI domain.
