Long-term employees face challenges in role transitions, often receiving lateral moves with minimal pay increases, while new hires receive higher salaries and signing bonuses.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Facilitate career transitions by offering role shadowing opportunities, provide significant raises upon degree completion to leverage new skills for team and organizational growth, offer more than a 3% raise during performance reviews, and implement a points system to reward employee dedication.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my team allows me to effectively apply the skills I've gained from my degrees. Being chosen to represent RELX at tech conferences and business meetings is a testament to my expertise and dedication.
