I love my job, my manager, my coworkers and most importantly, my product. We simply are not producing new products and sellable features so our bandwidth for sales is not at all what it used to be.

Working with my colleagues, for my manager, and meeting my goals every month.

I really don't know how to respond to this. I am paid fairly for the work I do.

Decent base salary that still drives me to sell a lot to make up the delta for what I want to earn each year.

My Manager and VP. They both understand me and know how to drive me to my next best level. They are simply the best!!

My manager is always there for me, consistently prompt in responding, highly knowledgeable, an inspiring leader, and exceptional at guiding me toward reaching my next best level.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We have not released new Intelligize products and as we are salespeople, we need an influx of new products to sell our clients every year. The AI that has been released is not as good as it should be.
