everyone is willing to step up and help each other when needed

They are always available and are eager to listen to our feedback and requests
What makes you most happy at work?
work and home life balance, a hybrid schedule is great but it would be better to be completely remote
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
there was an attempt to raise variable compensation this year however, it seems some roles were overlooked. It would also be more helpful to have higher salary increases based on previous year's performance.
