Work life balance is good, but the pay makes it hard not to question if it's worth it.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

See prior comments discussing the issues.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Improve compensation and listen to feedback and act positively on that feedback.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I get to engage with a lot of folks and that makes every day different.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We value each other's ideas and share similar ideas of how to make improvements, but getting leadership to listen is hard.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

While leadership is at the Master's we're getting raises that aren't enough to help us live comfortably. We need better compensation and benefits; so much that can be done to improve employee morale. They just add work and responsibilities, but the pay isn't enough.
