The people you work with are amazing & extremely knowledgeable of the changing legal tech industry. I am confident that Lexis will continue to thrive & grow. I'm not confident that Lexis will keep tenured ppl happy since they aren't making positive changes for their employees this year.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try to understand what is happening internally within the organization and send surveys out.

Their willingness to help. Having tenured and experienced colleagues to collaborate and share best practices with is one of the things I love the most about my job.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my customers and teammates. I enjoy trying to determine how best I can help customers get what they need from a research plan. I enjoy getting to spend time with my teammates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The ability to have a better work life balance would be better compensation. I actively communicate that the changes this year are crippling to keep up with and the demands from both customers and Lexis doesn't match the comp.
