Complicated. 300 words isn't enough. I like so much about this company. My experience is good, but not just. The disparity in pay and job duties was inexcusable. Instead of fixing a good thing and a role I enjoyed, they restructured and now I have to start all over working 10X harder. difficult.

I think they are better at bringing things up-to-date. A more effective modern approach than years past.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I was put on a new team this year, along with our new role. Although I havn't really got to know them yet, they all seem like really great guys and cheer on eachothers success.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's a much deeper and longer story, In strategic, we split commisions with field reps - but it was unbalanced. I spent years carrying the weight, making others more than myself. The fix - role changed completely, and now the output feels 10X more. Sure possible to make more, but no longer desirable
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sales can be challenging, so why make it more challenging? There are so many asks of us, it's next to impossible to keep track of it all. Just let us work and sell in a manner that works best for us. Daily huddles, metrics, internal mtgs. Simplify things and let performance play out. Stressful.
