When compared to the rest of the industry, our base salaries are at least 20% below market

I enjoy the interaction with our internal teams and our customers/prospects. I enjoy winning and bringing in sales
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager and hers above her are fantastic. My immediate manager shows that she deeply cares about my personal and professional well being. Her manager is always willing to pitch in and be accessible.
