pay is poor and seems to be getting worse

they are average at sales. there are some that are quite good
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Outside sales reps keep getting paid less and it is a bad trend that has been happeneing for several years. Upper level management is out of touch with the field needs and dont seem to hire leaders that know the field.
