Low pay, young managers who are inexperienced with managing people, horrible retirement and benefits

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My teammates and our daily conversations on MS Teams to help clients with their research and issues

What makes you most happy at work?

The people I work with and the ability to work in the legal environment without being in court.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Increase salaries and provide better retirement and benefits. Quarterly stipends for offices and move everyone to remote full-time.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Using MS Teams allows us to connect. When we are in the office there is less connection and collaboration on projects.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was offered the same position at Thompson Reuters for 33K more per year but cannot take it due to an NDA. At LexisNexis, lawyers should make substantially more than non-lawyers.
