Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bring the base salary up to market standards. Improve the number of contributions we must make to have decent insurance coverage
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Completely undervalued for the amount of energy, time and effort we put into winning business and making money for Lexis. Base salaries need to be much higher, especially for seasoned sales people.
