Strong team mentality, open to new ideas/suggestions, fosters a great work life balance, transparent, no micromanagement
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Huge change to commission pay, despite our segment having record breaking sales months consistently. We stay because overall it's an incredible work environment, but unsure it's sustainable for myself and many colleagues.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work individually, but we also work tightly as a team. We strive to learn from one another, sharing ideas and best practices, we discuss problems, and always help each other succeed. We are always seeking to improve.
