Better pay and salary that is competitive with the rest of the industry.

They don't know English. LexisNexis hires too many contractors who don't know the English language well enough to be productive with other employees.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They hire too many contractors. Salaries are very low. They reduced the number of promotion cycles available to employees yet employee output is expected to be an all time high.
