Great company. Human resources is a huge problem by actively preventing promotion and movement to more appropriate positions, but otherwise the company is exceptional.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Almost everyone it great but a few middle managers could be let go and it would be addition by subtraction.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Incredible management that cares about me and allows me to do my best work by listening to my opinions and offering me a great amount of responsibility to help others do their best.

What makes you most happy at work?

I love to teach others and drive success. I like to come up with solutions to problems. I like to be heard and have my opinion respected (unless I am wrong..then I am happy to learn!).

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Management is great. Subordinates are great. However, middle management that just wants to assign work they don't understand, complain about subordinates without training them (because they can't), and not check work because they don't know how to do it waste lots of my time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Human resources is horrible. Internal employees should be allowed to be promoted at any time with appropriate increase in pay. The fact that human resources pays external employees more than internal employees who are moving positions or being promoted is silly because pay is ultimately why I work.
