I have learned a great deal while working here. People are very helpful and want to see me exceeded. The negative is the company puts money over people. Layoffs happen often & your contributions and years of work mean nothing. Your job can be gone tomorrow it if saves the company money.

I have been in the company for many many years. I have enjoyed the last few years because there has been a lot less turmoil and most people are no longer worried about their jobs.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with co-workers and my internal customers.

The are innovative and willing to investigate the latest technology.

We work as a true team. People are willing to share their knowledge and their ideas.

I am rarely bored in my job and I really enjoy my working with my co-workers.

My coworkers have a real team mentality. They want to see each other grow and do better.

The amount of PTO that I have and the flexibility to shift my hours to accommodate personal appointments and obligations.

The leadership team is dedicated to moving the company forward and making sure we using new technology to keep our company relevant.

The amount of vacation I have and the ability to be flexible when taking it. I don't have to take whole days or whole weeks.

Everyone in the team is very forth coming with knowledge and always willing to work with each other to figure out issues and how to handle our jobs.
