Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because they only see one side of the story and judge without understanding the details or do groundwork.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

From working in innovation and shipping reliable products that target well customer's needs to just work on maintenance and bugs of legacy systems. It could be improved by letting me go nicely.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Been with different teams in the last couple of years following an acquisition. From my original team I appreciate the high level standard in innovating and producing good quality software. In other teams the willingness to learn, and support co-workers
