Lot of people trying to do their best but big issues with dealing with technical debt coming from acquisitions. Good strategy in principle but poor execution (quick ROI does not work with just migration, full integration needed). Plus trying to be on the AI curve without proper research work.

Co workers seem to be good humans too.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
a. Frank conversations. b. Diverse thinking. c. Rolling sleeves up/ hands on.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because they only see one side of the story and judge without understanding the details or do groundwork.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
From working in innovation and shipping reliable products that target well customer's needs to just work on maintenance and bugs of legacy systems. It could be improved by letting me go nicely.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Been with different teams in the last couple of years following an acquisition. From my original team I appreciate the high level standard in innovating and producing good quality software. In other teams the willingness to learn, and support co-workers
