It's been a rollercoaster to be honest. It was great in the beginning, until the move to Raleigh. However, being in the UX group has greatly improved my experience at LN.

They are all very professional, yet fun to work with. We are a strong team and everyone works well together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Brent Homan is very receptive to new ideas and allowing me to explore them. He is also very supportive of the work that I do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I see the jobs out there for my role and how much more I could be paid. I also think the healthcare benefits could be better.
