Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to actions by former leadership, my pay was cut drastically. I am not compensated comparably to my peers in my professional field with the same level of expertise and credentials. The benefits I receive have kept me in the company even though my salary is not where it should be.
