What makes you most happy at work?

Collaborating with my teams, finding useful solutions to deliver better results for our clients, taking on new challenges and overcoming them, and having the opportunity to use the very latest technologies.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because I know I'm well below the average salary for my role, my contributions, the size of my team, the number of projects, and the initiatives I've brought and that have been recognized by several managers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have one of the largest technical teams in France, with numerous projects to manage. I'm thrilled and I love this position. But I realize that my salary is much lower than that of my other colleagues managing teams of the same size.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

More confidence in my choices. I must work hard to convince. More recognition. This year, we implemented an AI assistant used by several CEMEA countries. These teams are delighted, moreover, to have been able to integrate it. But I receive very little feedbacks or thanks from my managers
