Lexis is not perfect, but it is home to me. The people and the work are really great. I hope to continue this journey with all my coworkers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people who work at Lexis are really great humans
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I understand work/life balance is big here, but salaries are low and it is getting harder to justify the sacrifice in pay for the work I put into my role
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I will say work-life balance is strong. But actual monetary compensation is low compared to other companies and even companies within our RELX family. I can't be disheartening.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Lexis has always hired smart, hardworking people. Leadership, sales teams, middle management, et al are great to work with and many have become very close friends outside of the office. The culture is really solid at Lexis and the reason I am still here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people at Lexis want to succeed at work, but are almost always also great humans who want to uphold our culture. I've been on 3 different teams during my tenure and ever team is supportive and successful. Those are intangibles you don't get everywhere.
