I think that the Global business is great however the local business does not offer the necessary assistance. I paid out of my own pocket for a BA Multimedia degree, and had to fight just to quality for study leave in order for me to change my career and become a UX Designer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When I am in office everyone greats and treats each other well. It feels like a friendly community

Solving problems, and I mean that in all aspect. Within my team, within my projects, within the operations
What are some of the best things about your team?
Of my CEMEA team, the team assists where they can. I am able to safely ask for their help or input
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am being paid the least in my team even though I go out of my way to deliver quality work and have never had below a success on my KPI
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like my manager the best and what she does. She really is committed to being a people manager. Assisting me with my various questions without ever making me feel like I am dumb or overbearing
