It was great when I joined but over the last few years it has become an increasingly difficult place to work due to redundancies, heavier workloads, etc.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are all friendly, supportive and approachable.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Colleagues and immediate managers are welcoming and supportive.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A salary that better reflects the increased responsibility that I've taken on since colleagues were made redundant.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Reduce job insecurity. It's hard to look forward to doing a job when you know that the organisation you work for wants to make you unemployed.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership should demonstrate that staff are valued. Frequent redundancies and the lowering working conditions have created a stressed and insecure workforce with heavier workloads and very little time or mental capacity for innovating and collaborating beyond what is required for day-to-day work.
