A bit of a roller coaster - had many ups but feel as though this is a long down. Hopefully there will be an up before long.

When the tools I need to do my job actually work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You keep taking things away from us - under the guise of 'fairness' rather than trying to improve things for others.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work in a brilliant team. We support and appreciate each other daily. They make me smile all the time. They are all incredibly knowledgeable and happy to share that knowledge and help out whenever needed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Really listening and valuing your employees. At the moment we feel invisible, unappreciated and not valued by our manager, and the leadership team. Actions speak louder than words, we tell you how we are feeling but nothing changes, except all the extra tasks we are now expected to do on top of BAU.
