Valuing employees. Treating employees like adults.

My colleagues and friends at work make my work life good.

It's not that anything is necessarily going wrong. Work is work, it's not my entire life.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The last couple of years have been turbulent for our team, but we have more than risen to the challenge. We have each other's back and support each other. And we're incredibly good at what we do.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

By its actions - recent restructures and redundancies and this year's attempt to gut our redundancy (and other) benefits - the company has shown that it doesn't value me as an employee. The push to AI doesn't help to make me feel valued as an employee or as a person.
