What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like having a psychologically safe environment with the teams that I have been on, so that we can worry about the end product and quality versus work-place politics.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like editorial and I enjoy having the professional development available to add new skills like emotional intelligence and psychological safety. I also enjoy the FREE Committee's events, so that we can have a community amongst peers rather than just always work-focused without the bonds made.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My potential is not being utilized, nor seeing room for advancement. Compared to my peers who have maintained the same job for 30+ years, I do not see myself being in the same position for that long. I like to be challenged. When I do come up with innovative ideas, they are not being recognized.
