Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
So far the comp is great, with an amazing culture, and I can say that it is a comp worth working for. The only thing that bothers me is that the comp, compared to other companies, RELX is still behind. Not even aligned as overall, imagine covering the jobs for both sites but paid only for ILO rate.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
salary alignment regardless of the location; there should be no label if you are located in ILO or MNL since inflation and prices are the same nationwide.

The amount of work is more than the amount I am getting paid. For the De Minimis Allowance why do we need to reach 2 years before we can get it? At some companies it is being given day 1 of their employment and why is it not balance in terms of De Minimis allowance team member vs Supervisors and up.
