Leadership, non-existent process, detached from co-workers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be kind. Establish rapport. Get to know your co worker.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Nothing. It's break even with my last company since I used to have a lot of benefits.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Establish a clear process instead of blaming your newly hired employees for their work errors. You don't even have a QC process in place.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I came from a very good company before this. I switched mainly because I wanted to grow in my role. The leadership I am under don't see you as a person. They're normalizing rudeness and passive aggression.
