Overall, I appreciate the company's positive environment; however, my experience with management has been challenging. The current manager, who was an external hire, has created a difficult atmosphere, which impacts my overall engagement, productivity, and mental health.

Being engaged in meaningful tasks and contributing to team goals. When I feel involved and purposeful, it boosts my motivation and overall satisfaction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because we're often assigned tasks beyond our capacity just to meet deadlines. Recognizing our efforts, providing realistic workload expectations, and fair compensation would help us feel more valued and motivated

My coworkers could improve by being more open to feedback and fostering better communication. By embracing constructive input and collaborating transparently, we can work more effectively as a team and achieve shared goals more successfully.
