The trust leaders place in us, demonstrated by the freedom to perform tasks without micromanagement, is highly motivating. A commitment to ensuring compensation aligns accurately with our professional value and providing a visible career progression path would be the ultimate positive.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued due to inconsistency in evaluations. My score dropped (2 to 3) despite exceeding metrics. Shifting, complex rationales (team comparisons, score caps) created confusion and a lack of trust. I need transparent, consistent criteria linked to individual contributions & clear coaching.
