Being made to feel valued at work which doesn't always happen. Mostly winning new business and feeling connected to the bigger picture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its well known the basic wage at this company is well below the average. Personally with the value I bring to this role and the worth I add to the company every year would warrant it being 15-20% higher
