Our salary is exploitative. Our goals are unrealistic and are not aligned with reality so even when we overperform, our money is withheld from us all year. Our products are not winning anymore.

They are good people and I like interacting with them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My ability to control my own schedule and not be micromanaged but I'm worried that is going away.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are being exploited. I make 1.4 pennies on the dollar of revenue they make. I am goaled in a way that does not align with how our sales cycles work so even if I end up making Circle this year, I will be broke until next year.
