LexisNexis Legal & Professional – Feel undervalued in a job I love. I never wake not wanting to be here. But I'm still paid shockingly bad. Again, I have had several roles here without being asked if I want to change. I just wanted to be treated as an equal. Thing is i'm nearly on min wage so at least i'd get a gov raise annually! | Comparably

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Just my immediate manager Mathew Pounder

What are some of the best things about your team?

All new barring a few of us. Still learning about each other.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being left alone to do my job makes me happy. But again getting paid 10k less than massively underachieving new staff sours it a touch.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Not a lot. My issues are around pay that won't be acted on. I was told by a director recently my pay was falling way behind inflation. Yet I'm still here top of my team at the moment doing what i can to earn a bit of commission. Scott firth

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I've been at Lexis Nexis 10 years in June. I am the lowest paid employee in my team by a huge distance. I'm still however expected to train and support where i can with new employees. I started in Public sector, then PS and academic, then small law, then cover PS, the in-house. All without a choice.
