I really enjoy being part of LexisNexis, but too often it feels that from a Product/Development side, we are ignored. Despite being closest to the clients, no-one uses the knowledge we have. Until we correct this, we will continue to make expensive mistakes.

All determined to work together, supportive and can rely on them

Relationships with colleagues and clients. I enjoy building and retaining these relationships
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People is what makes the company. You can see how people go out of their way to support each other. However, sometimes frustrations due to on-going issues take away from this and due to the close relationships, it means that negativity can breed if not addressed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In terms of wages in the market, I know I'm paid significantly less than my level and LexisNexis is well known in the market for being poor payers. Ideally assess our roles and wages with the market and if this is incorrect, then address this. In the meantime, support the team, engage with them.
